The program
What is adrenal fatigue recovery?
“Adrenal fatigue” is not a recognised medical diagnosis, but many people experience stress-related exhaustion with brain fog, unrefreshing sleep and energy crashes. We address this pattern through HPA-axis support, inflammation control and cellular energy optimisation, using stem cell–based therapy as an adjunct to evidence-aligned care.

Not officially. We use it to describe stress-related exhaustion and focus on treatable drivers.
Will you test my cortisol?
When useful, cortisol rhythm is checked alongside other labs.
How is this different from chronic fatigue support?
This program focuses on stress-related exhaustion; chronic fatigue support covers broader and post-viral causes.
How long does recovery take?
Usually several weeks to months.
Do I need to take time off work?
Usually not. Plans fit around your schedule.
